LeadershipAs a B.E. Electrical Graduate along with the over a two decade experience with Luminous Power Technologies Pvt. Ltd AGM-Business Development, Philips India Ltd. as Sr. Project Manager along with other multinational experience, He is developing and tracking metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.

As a head of Elsol, he is focusing over the strategic planning including, Channel Sales, corporate positioning, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related product positioning. He is looking towards marketing communications including branding placements, public relations. He oversees product management including market and customer research for market and product requirements, interface with engineering for product development, product pricing and product lifecycle management. He is looking towards product marketing including product launch management.

He is managing task with the Directors and the other Executive Team members to identify and develop strategic alliances, channel partners. He is defining and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and interface lead tracking and management. He works closely with Core Sales & a Marketing Team to develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs at national level.
